If the problem is a fit, we’ll propose an investigation of one reproducible issue. Before paid work starts, we’ll agree the scope, delivery date, how you’ll accept the report and payment arrangements by email. The total report price is £60, including VAT. Work starts only after you accept those terms.
Your report includes:
- Steps to reproduce the issue and the environment checked.
- Findings, supporting evidence and validation performed.
- Unresolved questions and a recommended next action.
The report is an investigation. It does not guarantee a diagnosis, production repair or acceptance of a patch by the software’s maintainers. The free assessment helps establish a useful scope before you decide.
