A working example for opening hours that have awkward exceptions.
This example handles an unusual real-world rule: normally closed on Mondays, but open on selected bank-holiday Mondays; normally open on Wednesdays, but closed on the Wednesday after one of those Mondays.
Demonstration only. A finished version would use the business's confirmed hours and exception dates, and could sit inside its existing website.
